The high-altitude station conveyor spreader is built by a steel structure frame, and the main beam is an I-beam, which runs through the center line of the multi-station, and is composed of multiple walking spreader (one spreader between every two stations). The station hanger is composed of a motor walking mechanism, a pneumatic lifting mechanism and a telescopic (widening) hanger.
Function description: The station hanger stops at the origin position (the middle position between the two stations), the front station (A station), the rear station (B station), the hanger is raised to the high level, and the standby installation mode. When the production is completed at station A, the lifting spreader will start the material extraction signal, the overhead spreader will automatically walk to the picking point at station A and the lower hanger will automatically lower. The producer will hang the wiring harness within its own range on the hanger, and the producer will take the signal from the spreader after confirming the completion of the pendant, and after the hanger rises to lift the wiring harness to a high level, the walking mechanism will return to the origin position and wait. When B station needs to load, give the spreader feeding signal, the high-altitude spreader walking to the lower part of B station will automatically lower the wiring harness product, the producer will remove the wiring harness product, and then give the spreader feeding signal, the hanger automatically rises to the high level, and then returns to the origin position to wait for the next upper and lower workpiece cycle work. Because the position of the upper and lower workpieces on the station is the same parking position, (the parking position above the station and both the unloading position of the previous station and the taking position of the workpiece in the next station) when the multi-station spreader is linked, the system process can intelligently identify, give priority to the lower workpiece after taking the piece, and prevent the misoperation of the two spreader from colliding with each other. If the spreader is in the process of lifting the wire harness product, the wire harness and the workbench are suspended, the lifting cylinder will quickly put the wire harness down and issue a warning to inform the producer according to the detected air pressure change, to prevent the wire harness from being torn off the anti-damage function.
